iPhone in-app purchasing for Ecommerce [closed]

This may not be the appropriate location for this, but would like to ask in the hopes an iOS developer with familiarity on the rules and regulations could comment.

I would like to develop an iOS app that performs Ecommerce transactions. If I roll my own payment processor, and checkout process: 1) Is this allowed by Apple's rules, and 2) Would I be required to remit 30% of the transaction sale to Apple?
